Return & Refund Policy

At Akaai.shop, we specialize in custom printed merchandise, which is produced exclusively for you. Since every item is made-to-order, we follow a strict no return, no exchange policy.


1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • Each item is printed according to the customer’s unique design and specifications.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect design, or size issues.

  • Please verify your design, text, and color details before finalizing your order.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

We strive for the highest quality in every print. However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please email us at support@akaai.shop within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

Once verified, we will:

  • Replace the item free of charge, or

  • Provide a full refund if a replacement cannot be arranged.


3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product or design due to an error on our end, we will remake and reship your item immediately without additional cost.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placement, as we begin production quickly to meet fast delivery timelines.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-printed apparel, drinkware, business stationery, and personalized accessories are all non-returnable.


6. Responsibility for Uploaded Designs

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that their uploaded content (logos, photos, or artwork) is clear, legal, and print-ready. Akaai.shop will not issue refunds for pixelated images or design errors uploaded by customers.


7. Refund Method

In rare cases where refunds are approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
